SHIPPING

Products are shipped only to U.S. and Canada addresses. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, holidays excluded. Orders placed on Holidays or Weekends will be processed the following business day. Most shipping orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Canadian customers are solely responsible for duties, taxes, and other related fees.

RETURNS

If you feel you need to return our product, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase to the address listed below. However, refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in its original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if the box is damaged or the shrink wrap is not intact. If you are a first-time buyer, you will qualify for a refund regardless of the package’s condition if you submit your request during the first 7-day period from the date of receiving the order to support@delfinaskin.com. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
