7 Easy Ways to Deal with Your Eczema in the Fall

1. Avoid Perfumed or Fragranced Skincare

2. Use a Humidifier

If you live in a cooler climate, the fall may bring cold weather to your doorstep.  The chill in the air means you might turn your heating on – this in itself will dry out your skin but you need to stay warm!
